大众修复80%作弊柴油车 仍需赢得消费者信任

  7月17日报道,欧盟16日表示,自2015年丑闻以来,德国汽车巨头大众集团已经修复了数百万辆装有排放作弊软件的汽车,但必须采取更多措施来满足欧洲消费者需求。
 
  2015年,大众集团承认在全球1100万辆柴油车上安装了所谓的“减效装置”,以便在车辆排放测试中作弊,事件曝光后,大众推出了修理排放软件的行动方案。
 
  欧盟消费者事务委员薇拉 尧罗娃(Vera Jourova)表示,大众集团已在很大程度上实现了他们承诺的行动方案。不过,该公司对欧洲和美国消费者采取了区别对待的方案。在美国,大众同意向车主和经销商支付赔偿金,在欧洲主要是修复作弊汽车。然而,大众并未对车辆修复后可能出现的问题给出全面与明确的承诺,尧罗娃称,欧盟委员会、欧盟的执行机构对此表示遗憾
 
  尧罗娃表示,大众集团目前已经修复了欧洲850万辆装有减效装置汽车中的约80%。汽车修理率从德国的96%到罗马尼亚的36%不等,预计将于2020年完成全部故障车辆的修复。
