中国汽车零部件发展前景 战略地位提升

  随着中国汽车市场走向成熟,售后市场的发展潜力开始逐步释放,配件业务在整车企业未来发展战略中的地位也随之提升,将成为未来市场竞争的关键领域之一,同时,零配件服务的升级将为物流行业带来更多机会。
      据有媒体《中国汽车零部件制造行业深度市场调研与投资前景预测分析报告》数据显示,截至2017年底,中国的汽车保有量达2.17亿辆,已连续八年居全球汽车销量第一位。
      报告指出,与整车供应链相比,配件供应链管理的复杂度更高,汽车零配件的物流主要面临种类多、长尾长、复杂度高等难点。在时效要求不断提升和成本控制的前提下,物流企业的信息化能力至关重要,这需要企业具备大量SKU的备货能力和大数据的预测能力,但从全球范围来看,目前在配件管理领域能够有效利用数字化管理的汽车生产企业数量仍然相对较少。德勤中国消费品及零售行业主管合伙人张天兵表示,现阶段具有数字化能力的物流和供应链公司,将在推动行业向数字化发展中发挥领头作用。
      报告进一步强调,汽车后市场的健康发展须建立在汽配供应链不断智能升级的基础之上。未来,汽配供应链具有更大的发挥空间,企业可通过建立完整供应链实现库存的动态管理,完善上下游的快捷运输,换取更高的效率和更低的成本优势。张天兵表示:“随着新经济蓬勃发展,汽配供应链市场潜力巨大,现存痛点与潜在挑战将成为企业开放赋能的着力点。”
      而随着新兴技术推动汽车购买和售后服务体验发生变革,报告认为,汽车制造商也要积极应对,并重新考虑如何与互联网消费者建立联系,以满足其对产品和服务体验日益升高的期望。比如通过对消费者的态度、需求、行为、客户特征进行画像、分析后寻找市场服务机会,再到物流及供应链的创新发展,是未来物流发展的有效升级路径。
     另外值得注意的是,由于新一代消费者对互联网的依赖加深,人们的出行方式正发生重大变革,共享出行模式与新能源汽车的发展与普及都将对汽车后市场产生影响。共享出行模式可推动后市场物流走向集中高效化,改变当前汽配物流末端市场“小、散、乱”的现状,向标准化和规范化发展;新能源汽车作为新兴行业虽在一定程度上改变了当前汽配物流行业的竞争格局,但电池的运输、回收及仓储也对物流业提出了新要求。
